How to Order
Choose Your Shape
Select from: Shield, Square, Rectangle, or Round.
Choose Your Size
Pick your preferred size from the dropdown menu. Dimensions are listed clearly for each shape.
Choose Your Stain
• Select your desired stain color for the plaque base. Natural wood grain variations will make each piece slightly unique.
• This option includes staining of the plaque base only and does not include staining or painting of the artwork.
Choose Your Upgrade (Optional)
• Hand-painted color can be added to enhance the engraved design.
• Each color is individually painted by hand based on your submitted image.
Submit Your Design
Upload your crest, logo, artwork, or image with your order.
• High-resolution black and white files are strongly recommended.
• Vector formats (.SVG, .AI, .EPS) produce the best engraving results.
• This piece will be engraved only, with no paint or stain applied.
Proof Approval
A digital proof will be sent before engraving begins. Production starts once approval is received.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you own the image you provide or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring the design does not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or protected symbols.
Design Rights
Some historical designs and images are in the public domain. However, specific artwork may still be protected by copyright if it was recently created or is owned by an artist or website. We cannot reproduce images from third-party sources unless they are clearly public domain or licensed for commercial use.
Artwork We Provide
If you do not supply your own image, we will use only artwork that is public domain, properly licensed, or custom-created by us.
Decorative Use Only
Our engraved signs, plaques, shields, and display pieces are intended for personal and decorative use. We do not verify official rights or entitlements associated with any image or symbol used. If you plan to display protected or officially granted designs, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to do so.
No Endorsement
The presence of official-looking symbols, emblems, or insignia does not imply endorsement or affiliation with any government, institution, or organization.

We use USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance up to $100. Items over $100 are not insured unless you request to add insurance on your item(s).

Yes, we take custom orders! Visit our shop page, and select "Request Custom Order".
This is where it gets tricky! Our laser work area is 19x12". We do have the ability to make larger custom orders, to an extent. Message us and we'll discuss your specific request.
All wood products are sealed; however they are not weather or waterproof. If you are intending to use your product outdoors or in outdoor-like conditions, we recommend you add additional weather proofing to the finished product.
We do not offer gift wrapping services.
